General Inquiries: All emails must include; your first/last name, order number, and detailed reason for inquiry. 
We do not process refunds back to the original form of payment. Store Credit Only. We cannot cancel orders once they are placed. For cancelation inquiries, we may edit your order or store credit will be issued for a future purchase.
 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. We get it!  Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. 
Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. 

SALE ORDERS have a processing time of 7-10 business days before shipping.

All items purchased during a sale are FINAL, NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES!

Once processing time is complete, shipping will be 2-3 standard or 1-2 express. 

 

You can return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. 

Conditions: 

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached.
  • No visible makeup or deodorant on items.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

  • Sunglasses

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear / Cover-ups

  • Lingerie

  • Visibly Worn items

  • Select White Items

  • Items outside of policy window

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:


Any item that is custom on the website has a timeframe of 2-3 weeks before it will ship. The processing time frame is 5 days from when you place your order, your processing time is not included in the production timeframe. It can ship sooner than the 2-3 weeks timeframe given depending on the volume of custom orders. Please note in your order notes if you need to have it done, though they can only advise if can be done or not. Orders placed prior to emailing for certain time frames can't be canceled if not able to be finished for the date email.

  • Sets must be sent back as full sets (Top and Bottom) Your return/exchange will be denied if otherwise.
  • Please send back with the Name that will be found under the Order Number. 
  • Shoe boxes are not shipping packaging. Your return will be denied if the shoe box is used as shipping packaging. Meaning we are unable to accept the example below due to the actual product which is also the box is now damaged. 

 

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
